How do I log in?
You should have received an email from with directions on how to create your username and password. The login website is GPSandTrack.us. If you did not receive that email, please give us a call and we will be able to assist you.
How do I turn it on?
Press and hold the On button for 7 seconds, or until the red LED light goes solid.
Where can I place my tracker?
You can place this device underneath the driver or passenger seat, towards the edge, so it can have as much GPS access as possible. You can also place this underneath the dash, near the glove box, and under trunk quarter panels (under the carpet). Please note: This device should not be placed under any metal.
It is not showing the correct location.
Please reset the device by:
Press and hold the Off button until the light goes off
Then press and hold the On button until the light goes solid
Press and hold the Off button again until the light goes off
Then press and hold the On button again until the light goes solid.
Then take it outside and shake it for 15 seconds and leave it out there for about 10 minutes
Is there an app for this?
Yes! The name of the app is GPS and Track Installer. You can download the app for iPhone and Android.
How can I tell what mode my tracker is in?
When logging into your account, click on the specific tracker you want to update in the list on the left-side of the map. Then, head to the bottom right-hand corner and the current mode will be listed.
How can I change the mode my tracker is in?
When logging into your account, click on the specific tracker you want to update in the list on the left-side of the map. Then, head to the bottom right-hand corner and click on “CHANGE MODE”.
