How do I install this?
If you are familiar with car installations, if you can install a car stereo than this should be easy for you! If you are not familiar with these kinds of wires we recommend you take it to a professional. A stereo shop is usually a great option but most basic mechanics should be able to install it as well.
What are all these wires?
The only wires you really need in order to make this work are the red (power), the black (ground), and the white (ignition). The blue (starter disable) is also optional if you are planning on hooking up the starter disable. The other wires are not used. If you did not receive a starter relay and are planning on using the starter disable please call 800-578-1809 and we will get this sent out for you.
Using the Website
Where do I go to see my vehicles?
The website is https://www.GPSandTrack.us
We have already set up your account and emailed you the log-in information. Please use this information and do not try to set up your own account. If you don’t see that email please check your junk mail. If you still don’t see it call us at 800-578-1809 in case we have the wrong email for you.
If you forgot your username or password, click on forgot username or password links and they’ll be emailed to you.
How do I start?
Once you are logged in, you will see a map of North America. On the left hand side, you’ll see your list of devices. From there, you can click on the one’s you’ve installed and name the vehicle and driver by clicking on the red box labeled INSTALL IN VEHICLE in the box under the map.
Do I need to have my vehicle’s VIN number?
No. You can just leave it blank, click next and skip that step. If you put the VIN in there it will automatically fill out the information for the Vehicle which can make it easier for some customers.
How do I locate my vehicle?
The device should automatically update whenever it stops. In the bottom right hand corner, you can click LOCATE to get the most up to date location.
How do I install the starter disable?
Cut the vehicle starter wire.Connect the black wire from the relay (PIN 30) to the ignition switch side of the vehicle starter wireConnect the blue wire from the relay (PIN 87A) to the starter motor side of the vehicle starter wireConnect the yellow wire (PIN 86) from the relay to the black wire (PIN 30) of the relay.Connect the blue wire from the I/O harness to the white wire (PIN 85) of the relay. Do not use the red wire (PIN 87)
Will the starter disable work with the OBD Harness?
No. You must hardwired the device in order to connect the starter relay.
How do I disable the starter on my vehicle?
In the bottom right hand corner, you’ll click starter auto-disable to shut the car off, and starter auto-enable to turn the car back on. Please note, you’ll need to locate the car before performing these commands.

Is there an app for this?
Yes! The name of the app is GPS and Track Installer. You can download the app for iPhone and Android.
