To set up the View:
Switch On Multi-Select:
Just below the search bar and magnifying glass button, there’s a small toggle switch. Click it to turn on Multi-Select.
Checkboxes will appear next to each of your devices.
Check Every Device in Your List:
Click the small arrow next to the checkbox at the top of your device list and choose Select All.
Every device in your list will now be checked.
Load Your Selected Devices on the Map:
Click Click to Refresh in the middle of the map. The map will update to show all of your selected devices at once. If several devices are close together, they’ll be grouped into a circle with a number showing how many devices are in that spot. Zoom in on the map and they’ll separate, so you can see each one individually.
Check the Last Locations List
Below the map, you’ll find a list of last locations for every selected device. For each one, the list shows:
- Time of the last update
- Event
- Address
- Speed
Updating the Map After
Changing Your Selection
Any time you check or uncheck devices, click Click to Refresh again to update the map with your new selection.
Keep an Eye on Your Entire Fleet from One Screen:
Viewing all of your devices on one map turns a long, one-at-a-time check into a quick glance. By turning on Multi-Select, choosing the devices you need, and refreshing the map, you can see where every vehicle is, review its latest location, time, and speed, and catch anything out of place before it becomes a problem.
