After Hours Alerts
After Hours Alerts let you know the moment a vehicle moves when it shouldn’t. Theft, unauthorized personal use, and unplanned miles and fuel costs often happen after the workday ends. After Hours Alerts in the GPS Track Fleet Portal put you in the loop right away, so you can act fast instead of finding out the next morning. When it comes to recovering a stolen vehicle, those first few minutes make all the difference.

To open After Hours Settings:
Set Your Working Hours:
Any movement outside of those hours will count as after hours.
Apply the Same Schedule to Your Whole Fleet
If every vehicle in your fleet follows the same schedule, check the box labeled Apply these Working Hours to All Devices. This saves you from setting up each vehicle one at a time.
When everything looks good, click Submit.
Turn On After Hours Movement Alerts:
After submitting your working hours, you’ll be asked if you’d like to edit After Hours Movement Alerts. Click Yes.
Add Your Alert Contacts
After Hours Alerts are sent by text and email. If you haven’t added your phone number or email address yet, click the Alerts Contacts link in the confirmation message to get that done.
Without a contact on file, your alerts have nowhere to go, so don’t skip this step.
Review Your Settings Summary
Click View Settings Summary to see every device in one place. For each vehicle, the summary shows:
To make a change, click Edit next to any device.
