INSTALLATION
How do I install this?
If you are familiar with car installations, if you can install a car stereo than this should be easy for you! If you are not familiar with these kinds of wires we recommend you take it to a professional. A stereo shop is usually a great option but most basic mechanics should be able to install it as well.
What are all these wires?
The only three wires you need are the red (power), the black (ground), and the white (ignition).
What about these other wires?
You do not use them! Just the red, black, and white.

I logged in but I don’t see my tracker what do I do?
Please follow these instructions to add a driver to your account.
I have added the driver to the account but it’s still not showing up.
The First and Last Names of Add/Edit Driver section must be filled out. There cannot be any spaces anywhere in those names. If you need a space you can use a dash – or and underscore _ . Just double check that there are absolutely no spaces anywhere in the first or last name. If you are still having issues just email support@gpsandfleet.com or call 800-578-1809
I added the driver but it’s showing up in Kentucky or New Jersey??
Take it out for a 10 minute drive. It should start picking up after that. If it still doesn’t pick up, no worries! It probably just needs to be pinged. Email support@gpsandfleet.com and ask the tech team to please ping the device for you.
