How to Use the
Trip Report

Whether you’re reviewing a single vehicle or analyzing fleet activity, the Trip Report gives you a complete breakdown of where your vehicles have traveled, how fast they were driving, and how long they stopped along the way. It’s an essential tool for improving efficiency, verifying routes, and monitoring driver activity.

Accessing the Trip Report:

Finding the Trip Report is simple:

  • Log in to your fleet portal.
  • Hover over the left-hand navigation menu.
  • Select Reports, then Fleet Reports.
  • Choose Trip Report from the list.

Run a Report:

To generate a Trip Report:

  • Select the vehicle or device you’d like to review.
  • Choose your desired date range.
  • Click Submit.

The report will display each trip taken during the selected timeframe.


What Information Is Included?

Each row represents an individual trip and includes valuable details such as:

  • Trip start and end times
  • Starting and ending locations
  • Trip duration
  • Distance traveled
  • Average speed
  • Maximum speed
  • Time the vehicle remained stopped before the trip began

This information makes it easy to review vehicle activity and identify trends across your fleet.


Sort and Search Your Data:

The Trip Report includes built-in tools to help you find the information you need quickly.

  • Sort any column by clicking its header to identify your longest trips, highest speeds, or other key metrics.
  • Search for specific addresses or locations using the search bar.
  • Export the report at any time by selecting Save File.
