Creating a Quick Repo Ticket Step by Step:

  1. Log in to the Track tab.

  2. Open the Vehicle Overview for the vehicle you want recovered.

  3. Find the Financing section and click Repo.

  4. Select Quick Repo. The Quick New Repo Ticket form opens with your vehicle already filled in.

  5. Under Expires, choose how long your agent should have access.

The Expires setting controls how long your agent can see the vehicle. Choose 15, 30, or 60 days, Never, or pick a custom date with Other Date. 30 days is selected by default.

  6. Enter the agent’s first name, last name, and primary email.

The agent’s first and last name and primary email are required. Organization and phone are optional, but adding them makes it easier to keep track of who has the vehicle.

  7. Add the agent’s organization and phone number if you have them.

  8. Click Create.

The vehicle now shows as out for repo, and your agent is sent everything they need to get started.

The role is set to Repo Agent automatically. Anyone with the guest link can see the vehicle’s data until access expires or you revoke it, so only share it with someone you trust.

Managing the Repo Ticket:

Once the ticket is created, the vehicle’s Repo section lists the ticket status and who it is assigned to.

To view the full ticket:

  • Click Show Ticket at any time
  • Add a comment to keep notes on the recovery
  • Reassign the ticket to a different agent
  • Close the ticket when the job is done

Your agent gets two emails as soon as the ticket is created. The agent can accept access from their own GPS and Track account, or open guest access with no account needed.

The second email includes the vehicle’s VIN, its last known location, and a link to accept the ticket.

From there, the agent can:

  • View the vehicle on the map
  • Request a new location
  • Set a Repo Zone

When the vehicle has been recovered, close the ticket from the vehicle’s Repo section or from Show Ticket.
