Know where every vehicle stands, at a glance
Spreadsheets, sticky notes, and memory are hard to scale. The Fleet Maintenance Dashboard sorts every vehicle into three groups: Up to Date, Coming Due, and Overdue. A bar chart shows which service types have the most overdue vehicles, so you know right away whether brakes, oil, or inspections need your attention first.
The summary gives you the numbers that matter: total maintenance entries, overdue services, services coming due, and up-to-date vehicles. You can answer “how’s the fleet doing?” in seconds.
Maintenance that runs on your schedule, not guesswork
Every vehicle is used differently. A delivery van racks up miles, a generator truck racks up engine hours, and some equipment just needs attention every few months. You can set service intervals by mileage, days, or engine hours. That way, each service happens when it’s actually needed, not too early and not too late.
